Senator Cowdery moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                                        
BILL NO. 150 "An Act relating to insurance premiums for rental                                      
motor vehicles" be returned to the Rules Committee. Without                                         
objection, the bill was returned to the Rules Committee.
